Seven – 7 Minute Workout Mod is a home exercise app that guides you through short workouts without gym equipment or a personal trainer. Its routine is built around seven minutes of daily practice, with exercises intended to fit different body shapes and health conditions.
Seven-Minute Home Workouts
You can use the app when you have a short break, including during lunch, because the workouts do not require special equipment or a fixed location. The short format is designed to help you create a regular exercise habit without spending hours training.
- Quick and effective: Each daily challenge is based on seven minutes of exercise, giving you a compact routine to follow at home or elsewhere.
- No equipment needed: You can exercise without gym machines or other workout equipment, which makes the routine easier to fit into different places and schedules.
- Personalized exercise focus: The app provides exercises based on your body shape and health so the routine can suit your situation.
Daily Challenges and Motivation
Seven encourages you to repeat the seven-minute routine every day. Following the daily challenge gives your workouts a clear structure and helps turn short exercise sessions into a regular habit.
Workout Programs
The latest update adds 14-Day Programs designed to help you work toward fitness goals while keeping you motivated. These programs give you a longer structure around the app's short daily workouts.
Exercise With Friends
You can invite friends to use the app and take part in races together. This friendly competition adds a shared goal to your training and gives you another reason to return to the workouts.

Mod Review
This build suits readers who want a short home routine, especially if seven-minute daily challenges and friend races fit the way they prefer to exercise. It may be a poor choice for readers who avoid apps collecting health and fitness information, along with identity, device, photo, purchase, and interaction data. The 14-Day Programs in the latest release also make the app more relevant to users who want a structured period beyond one isolated workout. Check the Android requirement before downloading because the app needs Android 7.0 or later.
What the mod changes
The build carries the Premium Unlocked label, so its advertised modification concerns premium access. The underlying seven-minute routines, equipment-free format, daily challenge, friend races, and 14-Day Programs remain the product context. The Google Play version is free, while this package is a modified build rather than the standard store installation.
Pros
- Seven-minute sessions give you a defined daily workout when a longer training period does not fit your schedule.
- No-equipment exercises let you train at home, during a break, or in another available location.
- Fourteen-Day Programs provide a structured path for users who want more than individual daily challenges.
- Friend races add shared participation to the routine and can make recurring exercise easier to maintain.
Cons
- The app collects health, fitness, identity, device, photo, purchase, and interaction data, which matters to privacy-conscious users.
- At 136.9 MB, the package requires noticeable storage space before installation.
- The release notes describe bug fixes and performance improvements, so this modified build may not match every current store update.
Verdict
Install it if you want compact, equipment-free workouts and accept the listed data collection. Before installing, compare this package with the 9.25.19 release and confirm that your device meets Android 7.0 or later.
