Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Acknowledge receipt of your notice within a reasonable time.
2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content pending investigation.
3. Notify the party who posted the content (if applicable).
4. Restore content if we receive a valid counter-notification, as described below.

If you believe content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent containing:

• Identification of the removed material and its former location on the Site.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, JoJoy maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

We believe strongly in fair use. App names, icons, and screenshots may appear on our Site for informational and review purposes, which constitutes fair use under copyright law. If you believe any specific content goes beyond fair use, please contact us and we will review your concern promptly.
