Weather Live Wallpapers Mod is a weather app that shows location-based forecasts through animated live wallpapers on your phone screen. It combines changing weather visuals, natural sound effects, and forecast tools so you can check conditions directly from your home screen.
The wallpaper scene changes throughout the day to reflect the weather and the day-night cycle. You can use it as a visual weather display while keeping forecast information close at hand.
Real-World Weather on Your Screen
Weather Live Wallpapers Mod uses your location to present real-time weather forecasts in live wallpaper form. Its landscapes have a painted visual style and are designed to reflect changing conditions as the day progresses.
- The sun moves across the scene throughout the day.
- Rain, snow, clouds, and fog are represented with animated weather effects.
- The wallpaper shows the day-night cycle and the moon in real time.
- Natural sounds, including birdsong and wind, accompany the weather visuals.
This approach makes the wallpaper more than a static background. The scene is intended to change with the current conditions and time of day while remaining visible whenever you return to the home screen.
Home Screen Live Wallpaper
You can set Weather Live Wallpapers Mod as the live wallpaper for your device's home screen. This lets you view the current weather without opening a separate forecast page first.
Swipe up on the wallpaper to open more detailed forecast information. The forecast view can preview the weather for the next seven days with animated transitions, giving you a longer view beyond the current conditions.
Weather Widgets and Customization
Weather Live Wallpapers Mod also includes weather widgets for different amounts of forecast information. You can choose a compact single-tile widget or widgets that show three days or five to seven days of weather.
- Single-tile widgets provide a compact weather display for the home screen.
- Three-day widgets show a short forecast period.
- Five-to-seven-day widgets give you a broader forecast view.
- Widget backgrounds can be made transparent and adjusted with themed colors to match your home screen.
Old Bridge Scene
The current update adds a new scene called Old Bridge, expanding the available wallpaper scenery.

Mod Review
This build suits people who want current weather shown through a home-screen wallpaper and widgets instead of checking a separate screen first. It also fits users who value a seven-day preview available with an upward swipe. People who prefer not to share approximate and precise location data should skip it, because both are collected. It may also be less suitable for devices below the stated Android 9.0 requirement.
What the mod changes
This modified build carries the Premium Unlocked label. Weather Live Wallpapers Mod remains focused on location-based forecast scenes, home-screen wallpaper use, and configurable forecast widgets. The current release also identifies Old Bridge as a newly added scene.
Pros
- Location-based live wallpapers show current weather on your home screen, reducing the need to open a separate forecast view.
- Swipe-up access to a seven-day preview lets you check upcoming conditions from the wallpaper itself.
- Single-tile, three-day, and five-to-seven-day widgets let you choose how much forecast information remains visible.
- Transparent backgrounds and themed widget colors help the weather display fit an existing home-screen layout.
Cons
- The app collects approximate location, precise location, crash logs, app interactions, and device or other IDs.
- The 44.6 MB download requires a device running Android 9.0 or later before installation.
- The Old Bridge scene is part of the latest noted update, so builds should be checked against version 2.39.0.
Verdict
Install it when animated weather scenes and home-screen forecast access are more useful to you than a plain wallpaper. Before installing, check that your device meets the Android 9.0 minimum requirement and consider the location data collected by the app.
