Version 5.1.8 uses a playback engine rebuilt on FFmpeg. It adds more format support including Dolby and DTS, true gapless playback, crossfade, faster seeking, and cleaner bass.

Lyrics can highlight word by word as a song plays. Background vocals are placed beneath the line they answer, which helps separate overlapping vocal parts.
