NetBlade WiFi & LAN Scanner Mod is a network toolkit that helps you inspect local networks, analyze Wi-Fi conditions, run diagnostics, and connect to servers from an Android device. It is designed for system administrators, IT workers, and advanced users who need to identify devices, services, network conditions, and security details without sending scan results to a cloud service.

The app works offline and stores scan results only on your device. Its interface includes light and dark themes, Material You colors, and support for 42 languages.

Scan Devices on Your LAN

The LAN scanner discovers devices on your network and shows details such as IP address, MAC address, vendor, hostname, latency, and device role, including the gateway and your own device. Devices can be remembered and marked as new, then organized with custom names, notes, icons, and tags such as Home or Work.

On supported setups, NetBlade WiFi & LAN Scanner Mod can recover MAC information from a router's SNMP table. This is useful on Android 10 and later, where non-rooted apps face restrictions when accessing ARP data.

Inspect Windows PCs Without an Agent

You can point the app at a Windows PC and read its information through SMB and WinRM without installing an agent on that computer. The inventory can include the Windows build, hardware, disks, running services, installed programs and versions, updates, shared folders, local accounts, and administrator accounts.

The Windows inventory also checks security-related details. It can report antivirus status, firewall profiles, BitLocker status by volume, TPM information, and SMB1 availability.

Review Software Vulnerabilities

For programs that it can identify exactly, NetBlade WiFi & LAN Scanner Mod can query the National Vulnerability Database for published vulnerabilities affecting that version. Results place the most severe issues first and include CVSS scores and links to the related entries.

When you save a network, the app can combine the findings into a network-wide view. This helps you see the listed vulnerabilities across the saved network and identify which machines carry them. Vulnerability checks are optional and send only the recognized program name and version, not machine names, complete software lists, or credentials.

Open Device Details

Each discovered device has a detail view for sharing and services. You can browse actual SMB shared folders with optional credentials, view a NetBIOS name, see an operating-system guess, and inspect a web-server banner.

The SNMP panel supports printers, NAS devices, servers, and switches. It can show printer toner and page counts, storage and CPU information for NAS devices and servers, plus a live interface-traffic graph for compatible network equipment.

Port Scanning and Network Diagnostics

The port scanner performs TCP scans with service names, descriptions, and risk ratings. It also performs UDP service probes for DNS, NTP, TFTP, mDNS, NetBIOS, and SNMP, while including stealth or firewall detection and quick CVE lookups.

Additional diagnostic tools cover common network tasks from one place:

  • You can look up DNS records including A, AAAA, MX, TXT, SRV, and CAA records.
  • You can monitor latency, jitter, and packet loss, then use ping and traceroute to investigate a connection path.
  • You can scan a subnet, run WHOIS checks, calculate subnets, and send Wake-on-LAN requests.
  • You can inspect TLS certificates, use SNMP v1, v2c, or v3, scan Bluetooth LE devices, run a speed test, and view public IP and WAN information.
  • You can use the built-in SSH terminal for servers and switches and keep saved hosts for later connections.

Analyze Nearby Wi-Fi Networks

The Wi-Fi analyzer lists nearby networks with their channel, signal level, and security. It shows channel usage across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands, recommends a channel, and lets you measure Wi-Fi coverage room by room.

Monitoring, Alerts, and Saved Results

Optional background monitoring watches saved networks and can notify you when devices arrive or leave. It can issue high-priority alerts for new cameras or devices that expose risky services. An internet uptime monitor records outages and uptime percentage, while a network events timeline keeps related activity together.

Quiet hours and per-device mute controls help limit notifications. You can save scans, export them as CSV, JSON, or PDF files, share device details through a QR code, and use backup and restore for saved information. The app also includes home-screen widgets and a Quick Settings tile.

NFC Tag Tools

Version 1.9.0 adds NFC tag support. You can hold an NFC tag to the back of the phone to read its UID, type, and NDEF content, then write a URL, text, or Wi-Fi credential to a writable tag.

Privacy and Access Protection

NetBlade WiFi & LAN Scanner Mod keeps scan results on the device and does not upload them. An optional app lock can require a fingerprint, face verification, or PIN before opening the app, helping protect saved addresses, credentials, and known vulnerability findings.

Mod Review

This build suits people who need the app's LAN scans, Windows inventory, Wi-Fi analysis, and diagnostic tools in one Android utility. It also fits users who prefer scan results to remain on the device and want an optional fingerprint, face, or PIN lock for saved network details. Users uncomfortable with the collection of device or other IDs should skip it. It is also less suitable when the latest NFC tag changes in version 1.9.0 are essential and this build does not match that release.

What the mod changes

This modified build is labeled Premium Unlocked. The label identifies the mod offered with this build. NetBlade WiFi & LAN Scanner Mod still centers on network scanning, diagnostics, Wi-Fi analysis, and device inspection. Its compatibility with current official changes can depend on the version included in the build.

Pros

  • LAN scanning identifies devices by IP, vendor, hostname, latency, and role, making an unfamiliar local network easier to map.
  • Agentless Windows inventory can expose installed programs, services, updates, shares, and security settings from an Android device.
  • Opt-in vulnerability checks link recognized program versions to published NVD entries, helping you prioritize visible CVSS-rated issues.
  • Saved-network monitoring can flag device arrivals, departures, new cameras, and risky exposed services without constant manual rescans.

Cons

  • The app collects device or other IDs, which matters when you prefer to limit data associated with installed tools.
  • Android 10 and later can restrict ARP access for non-rooted apps, so some MAC and vendor details depend on router SNMP.
  • Version 1.9.0 adds NFC reading and writing, so builds behind that release may not include those tag tools.

Verdict

Install it when you need local network inspection, Windows checks, or Wi-Fi diagnostics from a phone and accept the Premium Unlocked label. Before installing, compare the build version with 1.9.0 if NFC tag reading or writing is part of your workflow.
