Duolingo Mod is a language-learning app that helps you study new languages through lessons, vocabulary practice, and minigames. You can choose from a broad range of languages, work through common words by topic, and use the app for both ongoing study and practical travel preparation.
Its learning approach combines active lesson selection with vocabulary review, so you can return to the words introduced in each topic instead of only reading them once. The current release also focuses on bug fixes intended to improve the overall experience.
Lessons and Vocabulary Review
Lessons are organized around topics that introduce common vocabulary. After learning the words in a topic, you can use minigames to review them and practice remembering them in a more active way.
- You can choose lessons and take a more active role in deciding what to study.
- Vocabulary minigames let you revisit words from a lesson after you have learned them.
- Learning reminders encourage you to return and study new words when you lose focus.
Choose a Language to Study
Duolingo Mod includes many languages from around the world, including less common options alongside widely studied languages. This gives you a place to start whether you want to build general knowledge in another language or prepare a few common communication sentences before traveling abroad.
You can select the language you want to learn without attending a class. The available courses are intended to make language study accessible from your Android device.
Friends, Community, and Competition
Language study does not have to be isolated. Duolingo Mod can use your social network to find friends learning the same language and place you in competition with them. Competing for better results adds another reason to keep working through lessons.
When you do not have friends studying the same language, you can join a community with other learners. This shared setting centers on people working toward the same language goal.
Free Language Courses
Duolingo Mod is free to download, and its language courses can be selected without course registration fees. You can choose a language and use the app's learning features without hidden fees, premium content, or a separate premium version.

Mod Review
This build suits learners who want topic-based vocabulary practice and minigames rather than a course that only presents word lists. It may also fit people who want competition with friends or a learner community while studying the same language. Skip it if you are uncomfortable with an app collecting contacts, voice or sound recordings, purchase history, and account-related details. The latest listed update focuses on bug fixes, so version compatibility deserves attention before relying on a modified build.
What the mod changes
This build is labeled Premium Unlocked, Optimized. That label identifies the modification for this release. Duolingo Mod's language lessons, vocabulary minigames, language selection, community access, and competitive elements remain the product's core study experience. The listed bug-fix release is still relevant when comparing this build with the current official version.
Pros
- Topic lessons introduce common vocabulary, then minigames give you a way to review those words actively.
- A wide language selection supports both ongoing study and preparation for common communication while traveling abroad.
- Friend competition can add structure when you want another reason to continue completing language lessons.
- Communities give you other learners to join when none of your friends study the same language.
Cons
- The app collects contacts, voice or sound recordings, messages, and several account and device-related data categories.
- This 165.4 MB build requires Android 10 or later, which excludes devices on older Android versions.
- Official bug fixes may make a modified build fall behind the current Google Play release.
Verdict
Install it if the lesson-and-review format and social competition match how you prefer to study a language. Before installing, compare this build's version 6.103.5 with the latest official bug-fix release and confirm that your device runs Android 10 or later.
